First time trying this business out and so glad I did!  
My carpets needed a good cleaning. I have 5 large animals and they got out every stain and the animal smell.  
Appointments were made quickly an efficiently.  Brian is friendly and professional. He was quick, but very thorough and paid attention to detail.  I totally felt comfortable having him in my house. 
I will be using them again!  My carpets look, feel, and smell amazing!   Great job guys!!

The technician was prompt, efficient, and friendly. Cleaned the entire carpeted area easily and the carpets looked great. We have two dogs and two kids, and the carpets were brought back to life. The price was incredible for the work that was done. Highly recommend!

I really wish I had before and after photos. I was pretty sure the pet stains wouldn't /couldn't be removed, but they got rid of them. I'd previously used pet stain/odor removers on the areas, but wasn't able to budge the stains and thought they were permanent. The technician got them all up! I was happily surprised with the results of the cleaning. Easy to schedule and it was also very affordable! I'm definitely going to call them again!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this company. They came over to my house and cleaned my sofas, ottomans and dining room chairs. They came out AMAZINGLY clean and smelled wonderful for days and days. I think one my favorite things about this company is that they use a dry method of cleaning carpets which means that they are dry in ONE HOUR!!??!!??!! Crazy, right?! They're able to get those tough spots out that have been there for years. I should also mention what great people they employee, from the owner to the front desk staff, everyone is a true pleasure to work with. Thank you Heaven's Best for never letting me down!

What a GREAT carpet cleaning experience! Lorna was so friendly and professional on the phone and via email and Brian did an awesome job with our "very doggy" carpets. If you need your carpets cleaned, give them a try! They are amazing!

**update 
The lady handling this issue is very helpful and accommodating.  They are willing to try to fix this.  This still isn't 100% resolved but twice been professional and courteous throughout and thought people would like to know.

**second update
This company has amazing customer service.  I was very unhappy with the end product but they did everything in their power to keep me happy.  We ended up with a refund for 1/2 the total price, which I think was totally fair.  I wouldn't hesitate to recommend these folks as they will work to make things right.

The service was done in a timely manner and the interior of my car looked great.  The serviceman was friendly and even gave me help with knowing how to remove the cover of my daughters car seat so it could be washed.
